Oncology Center of Hue Central Hospital and Oncology Department of Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy are closely related partners in training of doctors currently in oncology field; as well as post-graduate doctors, nurses and medical students in order to help provide medical personnel for the care and treatment of patients with cancer in the central and central highlands regions of Vietnam. As the core of the regions, Hue Central hospital provides newest oncology technology to 7 other satellite oncology hospitals. All of us form the main anti-cancer network, thus help the National Target Program in the care and treatment of cancer. We are the leading centers in the application of tumor board in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. We have hold many training courses for medical staffs in central zone of Vietnam. Training sessions have been organized since 2013 at Oncology Center-Hue Central hospital and Oncology Department-Hue university of Medicine and Pharmacy.
In this year, 2024, as a part in the agenda of Vietnam Cancer Society, Hue Central Hospital and Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy cooperate with Asian Children's Care League – Japan (ACCL), National University Hospital of Singapore, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis - USA,...order to hold the Multidisciplinary Cancer Management Courses (MCMCs) and the 12th Annual Scientific Conference on Cancer Control.
This year MCMC’s topics are: pediatric oncology, nursing care and pallative care, lung cancer, colorectal cancer, hepatic cancer, genitourinary cancer, breast and gynecological cancer.
